We answer you, do the work, keep our books, and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you on other people’s platforms.

Only the services that run this site and our email: our hosting provider, our database provider and our email provider. Each sees only what it needs to do its job.

Our servers and databases are hosted in the United States and in Europe, so data about people in India is transferred outside India. It is protected there by the same agreements and access controls as everything else we hold.

Enquiries that go nowhere: two years. Client records: as long as the law requires us to keep our books, then deleted.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it — unless a law requires us to keep it, in which case we will say which.
